What you’ll do
- Build polished, performant UI in React / Next.js with TypeScript.
- Hold a hard line on accessibility, responsiveness and 60fps motion.
- Partner closely with design to protect intent down to the last pixel.
- Own bundle size, Core Web Vitals and the front-end build pipeline.
What we look for
- 4+ years shipping production React; deep comfort with the modern web platform.
- Care for a11y (WCAG), RTL layouts, and reduced-motion fallbacks.
- An eye for motion and detail — you notice the 8px that is off.
- Bonus: WebGL / Three.js, Framer Motion, or design-system experience.

What you’ll do
- Drive product thinking: flows, IA, and interaction from problem to ship.

- Keep a tight feedback loop with engineering — no handoff over the wall.

- 5+ years of product design with a portfolio of shipped, considered work.
- Mastery of Figma and systematic, token-driven design.

- 4+ years in DevOps / platform / SRE roles in production environments.
- Strong with containers, IaC (Terraform or similar), and a major cloud.
- A reliability mindset: SLOs, runbooks, and blameless postmortems.
- Scripting fluency and a bias for automating the toil away.

What you’ll do
- Design and integrate LLM-powered features with robust evaluation.

- Own latency, cost and quality trade-offs in production AI systems.
- Translate fuzzy product ideas into measurable, shippable capability.
What we look for
- 4+ years of software engineering, with recent applied-ML / LLM work.
- Fluency with modern model APIs, RAG, and evaluation harnesses.
- Pragmatism about where AI helps — and where it does not.
- Strong data instincts and respect for privacy and data residency.
